A moderator/Tester application page along with a retest submission forum so that users that are active might be interested in upgrading dorms personally I feel this would add better organization to the website and get some active moderators and Testers in.

add more stuff that students can do to stay more active like a deck garage and add like a reubric for ways that people can move up in dorn rank make dueld on here matter add DP or something add duels were both people wager there deck profiles

There should be a tournament once a year where the winner get's all rights to the site for one day as long as they don't delete it and we have to continue the academy in the direction that the winner left it because risks are a good thing.. sometimes
